What is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner?

A Nutritional Therapy Practitioner is a paraprofessional certified to perform functional evaluations (evaluate external points on the body to establish where the body is in stress or out of balance), and nutritional assessments in order to make nutritional recommendations to balance body chemistry and achieve optimal wellness. We will collaborate and personalize a program on improving your health and wellness. Working with a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner allows you to achieve short and long term health and fitness goals.

No gimmicks. No quick-fixes. No calorie-counting, starvation-inducing, boring diets. We’re working from the inside out to fully nourish your body with real, nutrient-dense food. We’ll find your unique combination of the right foods and the right lifestyle changes to help you realize extraordinary health. The changes we make will build a foundation of habits to help you enjoy your long life to the fullest, enjoying every moment more fully than before.

Nutritional Therapy is designed to improve your health, but not diagnose any specific disease or medical condition. As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I am trained to evaluate your nutritional needs and make recommendations of dietary change and nutritional supplements.

YOU are the expert when working with an NTP. A Nutritional Therapist will focus on enhancing your quality of life. NTP’s guide, motivate, provide customized resources, and help you to set achievable goals.
